Return, Exchange, Final Sale, and Payment Dispute Policy
Effective Upon Purchase
This Return, Exchange, Final Sale, and Payment Dispute Policy ("Policy") constitutes a legally binding agreement between Leander Jewelry LLC ("Leander Jewelry," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the purchaser ("Customer," "Buyer," or "you"). By purchasing, accepting delivery of, or taking possession of any merchandise from Leander Jewelry, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

Final Sale
Except where prohibited by applicable law, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Upon completion of the sale, Leander Jewelry shall have fully performed its obligations relating to the transfer of ownership of the purchased merchandise.
Accordingly, Leander Jewelry shall have no obligation to accept returns, provide refunds, rescind the transaction, or issue credits for any merchandise after the sale has been completed.
The Customer expressly acknowledges that the purchase is made with the understanding that the transaction is final and non-refundable.

Limited Exchange Privilege
As a discretionary customer accommodation, and not as a legal obligation, Leander Jewelry may permit a one-time merchandise exchange if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

The request is made within forty-eight (48) hours, defined as two (2) full business days, from the original date and time of purchase.

The merchandise is returned in its original, unworn, unused, and unaltered condition.

The merchandise has not been resized, engraved, modified, repaired, damaged, or subjected to misuse or abuse.

All original packaging, presentation boxes, certificates, grading reports, warranty documentation, tags, accessories, and accompanying materials are returned intact.

The merchandise successfully passes inspection by Leander Jewelry.
Any exchange approved by Leander Jewelry shall be applied only toward merchandise of equal or greater value. Any price differential shall be paid by the Customer before completion of the exchange.
The granting or denial of any exchange request shall rest exclusively within the reasonable discretion of Leander Jewelry.

Merchandise Excluded From Exchange
Without limitation, the following merchandise shall be irrevocably deemed FINAL SALE and shall not be eligible for return or exchange:

Custom-designed jewelry
-
Custom-manufactured jewelry
-
Special-order merchandise
-
Personalized or engraved items
-
Resized or altered jewelry
-
Jewelry that has been repaired or modified after delivery
-
Loose diamonds
-
Loose gemstones
-
Earrings
-
Watches that have been sized, altered, registered, or worn
-
Gift cards
-
Clearance, promotional, discounted, or closeout merchandise
-
Customer Inspection and Acceptence
The Customer shall inspect all merchandise upon delivery or prior to departing the premises.
Acceptance of possession of the merchandise shall constitute acknowledgment that:

the merchandise conforms to the Customer’s purchase specifications;
-
the merchandise was received in satisfactory condition;
-
no readily observable defects existed at the time possession was accepted; and
-
the Customer accepted the merchandise as delivered.
Nothing herein limits any rights the Customer may have regarding latent manufacturing defects under applicable law or any applicable written warranty.

Payment Authorization
The Customer represents and warrants that they are the lawful and authorized user of the payment method utilized for the transaction.
Submission of payment constitutes authorization for Leander Jewelry to charge the agreed purchase price together with any applicable taxes, shipping charges, authorized fees, or other amounts disclosed at the time of sale.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
The Customer acknowledges that the transaction constitutes a bona fide purchase of goods voluntarily authorized by the Customer.
Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback, the Customer agrees to make a good-faith effort to contact Leander Jewelry to allow the Company a reasonable opportunity to address and resolve any concerns.
In the event a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Leander Jewelry reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence supporting the validity of the transaction, including but not limited to:

Signed or electronic invoices;
-
Point-of-sale transaction records;
-
Payment authorizations;
-
Photographs or videos of the merchandise;
-
Surveillance recordings;
-
Security footage;
-
Delivery confirmations;
-
Pickup confirmations;
-
Shipping documentation;
-
Communications between the parties;
-
Repair or service records;
-
Product inspection records;
-
GPS or delivery tracking information, when available; and
-
Any additional documentation demonstrating fulfillment of the transaction.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting any rights or remedies available to Leander Jewelry under applicable law.

Disclaimer of Cancellation Rights
Except where expressly required by applicable law, the Customer shall have no unilateral right to rescind, revoke, cancel, or otherwise terminate a completed sale after ownership of the merchandise has transferred.

Governing Law; Venue
This Policy and any dispute arising from or relating to any transaction with Leander Jewelry shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the parties agree that venue for any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to a purchase from Leander Jewelry shall lie exclusively in the state courts of Williamson County, Texas, or, where jurisdiction exists, the appropriate federal court sitting in Texas.

Severability
If any provision of this Policy is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed so as to most closely effectuate the original intent of the parties.

Entire Agreement
This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Leander Jewelry concerning returns, refunds, exchanges, and payment disputes and supersedes any prior oral or written representations concerning such matters.

Acceptance
By purchasing merchandise from Leander Jewelry, the Customer acknowledges that this Policy was made available prior to the completion of the transaction and that the Customer knowingly and voluntarily accepted its terms as a material condition of the sale.
